Andriy and Taras Kogut are the familiar faces of the Blue Bay Cheese at the farmers markets of the Mornington Peninsula and Melbourne.The brothers have settled in Mornington for a new life in Australia. They come from a family with a rich cheesemaking tradition and now produce cheeses that would make their grandmother very proud.
